We do receive a referral fee if you successfully close on a property with an agent with whom we referred. What’s unique to the real estate industry is that we aren’t locked into a network of “preferred agents.” Instead, we can refer you to any stellar real estate agent that we know, whether they share our brokerage or not. And if you don’t jive with your “realtor match” – you can break-up with them (realtor breakups are a thing…we know from personal experience, sniff sniff).
