RYAN BLACKSTONE
Team Leader (aka the "Problem Solver")
Ryan sets clear goals for the business to grow as a team and individually. He is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the team. He works daily to help others break through ceilings while also setting the standard for our clients to have an awesome experience.
Ryan has been an investor in real estate since 2013 and an agent since 2014. He has a bachelors in Finance, and a minor in Business Management.
Ryan geeks out about anything finance related, especially learning how to help others build wealth in order to amplify their personal impact on the world. You can find him drinking copious amounts of coffee while watching youtube channels about business and finance.
HAYDEN ROBERTSON
Lead Agent (aka the "real estate angler")
Hayden’s goal is to become your go-to real estate consultant by providing the highest level of value, regardless of the market.
An attentive advocate for his clients, Hayden leverages his attention to detail and transaction coordination expertise to create a seamless experience for all.
Hayden values the time and effort required to get you to the closing table. By following the process the right way, he makes clients feel confident and informed in getting the home closed.
With a background in sales and transaction coordination, he excels at giving clients confidence in tough markets while managing the details of real estate behind the scenes.
Outside of work you can find him with his wife, Hannah, in the gym with friends, fly fishing, cooking, and doing anything sports-related.
RYAN WEGERER
Lead Agent (aka "F.I.R.E. Chief" - Financial Independence, Retire Early)
Ryan got his start in the industry several years ago when he caught the real estate investing bug and hasn’t looked back since. With a passion for all things real estate, Ryan loves advising and consulting his clients whether it be for a cash flowing investment property or the perfect dream home! He couldn’t pick a better industry to be in and truly looks forward to coming to work each day and getting to interact with his clients.
Prior to full-time real estate, Ryan worked for 10 years in Sales & Account Management in the CPG industry. His experience calling on some of the world’s largest retailers has been very beneficial when advising and negotiating on behalf of his clients.
When not working, Ryan loves spending time with his family, traveling, reading and exploring the NWA trails on his mountain bike.
CHRISTA BLACKSTONE
Misc Admin/Bookkeeper (aka the "Duchess of B&C")
Christa handles the bookkeeping for the company as well miscellaneous team projects ranging from marketing to database management to automation.
With a background in college admissions and higher education, Christa knows how to walk alongside people in big life changes, helping with both the details and vision casting for a new future.
Outside of work, she enjoys cuddling with her toddler and exploring NWA with her husband, Ryan.
