Team Leader (aka the "Problem Solver")
Ryan sets clear goals for the business to grow as a team and individually. He is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the team. He works daily to help others break through ceilings while also setting the standard for our clients to have an awesome experience.
Ryan has been an investor in real estate since 2013 and an agent since 2014. He has a bachelors in Finance, and a minor in Business Management.
Ryan geeks out about anything finance related, especially learning how to help others build wealth in order to amplify their personal impact on the world. You can find him drinking copious amounts of coffee while watching youtube channels about business and finance.
JARRED BLACKSTONE
Lead Agent (aka the "Dwight Schrute of Real Estate")
Buying and selling your home is a huge life transition and it takes a lot of work, expertise, and a little luck to make that happen. Jarred loves being the advocate for you every step of the way and creating a winning outcome for all parties.
Jarred’s past work as a youth leader, general manager, and in tech has helped him find value in people and assisting others. Persistence, kindness, and a love for learning have been crucial to his development and working through problems that come up during the real estate process.
Faith, family, and friendship are important to Jarred, and outside of work, he finds joy spending time with these three.
P.S. You don’t need new glasses, Jarred and Ryan are twins!
RYAN RICHARDS
Lead Agent (aka the "Liam Neeson of real estate")
Ryan has been meeting customers’ needs in various fields for over 10 years and is excited to bring that experience to real estate. Ryan understands how involved and intimidating the buying or selling process can be and loves to be able to make that time a joy in a client’s life.
In addition to customer service experience, Ryan has a degree in business management and keen problem solving skills developed through his military service.
During time away from work Ryan loves to explore all NWA has to offer outdoors with his family as well as anything Buffalo River related. Ryan and his family are happiest hiking a trail or swimming in Steel Creek!

Lead Agent (aka the "real estate angler")
Hayden’s goal is to become your go-to real estate consultant by providing the highest level of value, regardless of the market.
An attentive advocate for his clients, Hayden leverages his attention to detail and transaction coordination expertise to create a seamless experience for all.
Hayden values the time and effort required to get you to the closing table. By following the process the right way, he makes clients feel confident and informed in getting the home closed.
With a background in sales and transaction coordination, he excels at giving clients confidence in tough markets while managing the details of real estate behind the scenes.
Outside of work you can find him with his wife, Hannah, in the gym with friends, fly fishing, cooking, and doing anything sports-related.
JON LEONARD
Lead Agent (aka the "Eternal Optimist")
Real estate allows Jon to excel in what he loves – guiding clients through decisions around one of their largest investments. And as a certified financial coach, Jon is well equipped to support his clients through major decisions while building relationships along the way.
Prior to joining Blackstone and Co, Jon served in the military and later oversaw the accounting, operations and administration of a large real estate brokerage.
When not with clients, Jon loves doing anything that involves family time: from kickball to reading books, drinking good coffee with friends, and cheering on the hogs.
RYAN WEGERER
Lead Agent (aka "F.I.R.E. Chief" - Financial Independence, Retire Early)
Ryan got his start in the industry several years ago when he caught the real estate investing bug and hasn’t looked back since. With a passion for all things real estate, Ryan loves advising and consulting his clients whether it be for a cash flowing investment property or the perfect dream home! He couldn’t pick a better industry to be in and truly looks forward to coming to work each day and getting to interact with his clients.
Prior to full-time real estate, Ryan worked for 10 years in Sales & Account Management in the CPG industry. His experience calling on some of the world’s largest retailers has been very beneficial when advising and negotiating on behalf of his clients.
When not working, Ryan loves spending time with his family, traveling, reading and exploring the NWA trails on his mountain bike.

TERRA MASSEY
Director of Operations (aka the "Mischief Manager")
Terra is a licensed real estate agent, but her primary focus is on keeping all the behind-the-scenes details of buying and selling real estate moving forward harmoniously.
Her goal is to continuously find ways to make the experience convenient and de-mystified so our clients can spend more time focusing on the fun parts of the sale! Before joining Blackstone & Company, Terra worked in the Ethics & Compliance field, which helped reinforce her commitment to doing the right things in the right way for the right reasons.
You can find her outside of work participating in a number of themed and costumed events with her husband and two daughters – from Anime Conventions to Renaissance Fairs!
P.S. Terra’s our resident nerd – she actually runs a multi-genre convention called GlitchCon for sci-fi, fantasy, and gaming!

MONICA HALL
Transaction Coordinator (aka "The Bob Ross of B&C")
As transaction coordinator, Monica finds immense satisfaction in helping our clients get to the closing table “as smooth as buttah.” Not much brings her greater joy than a completed checklist, working behind the scenes coordinating client paperwork, and herding cats.
Almost immediately after moving to NWA in 2005, she obtained her real estate license and worked as a brokerage office manager and active Realtor for several years. Since that time, she’s discovered a passion for transaction coordination while serving with various real estate teams and brokerages.
When she’s not armpit deep in paperwork, she’s an abstract artist who works with acrylics, glass, fine gauge wire and textiles. Most weekends you’ll find her covered in paint, thread, glue, or a combination thereof. Monica and her husband of 30+ years live on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake where they enjoy entertaining friends and family, including their four adult children, their spouses and their nine absolutely perfect grandchildren.
CHRISTA BLACKSTONE
Misc Admin/Bookkeeper (aka the "Duchess of B&C")
Christa handles the bookkeeping for the company as well miscellaneous team projects ranging from marketing to database management to automation.
With a background in college admissions and higher education, Christa knows how to walk alongside people in big life changes, helping with both the details and vision casting for a new future.
Outside of work, she enjoys cuddling with her toddler and exploring NWA with her husband, Ryan.
P.S. Think Ryan Blackstone and Christa would make a cute couple? They do! Married 8 years and counting.
Cris Rondon
Assistant Transaction Coordinator
Cris works closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth contract to close process for every client.
Previous to joining Blackstone & Co, she worked as an operations assistant for a marketing company as well as an admin/HR assistant for other companies in the US.
In her free time, she loves watching horror movies – her favorites are The Omen and Rosemary’s Baby.
